I don't know how to catch any kind of monster, how to do it, what to use, what abilities, and why?

You need a hunter that has a ranger's bow equiped to him. Second you have to do missions that aren't clan missions. Make Sure to weaken the monster first.
PS. To get a hunter you will need a human archer and teach him the abilites.
