I have got a Beastmaster on lvl.8. He can use Capture(Floateye and Undead). I used it once but I can't use it again. Why?

If you mean you tried to use it in two different battles, check to make sure he didn't get Red carded and sent to jail, cuz when your sent to jail, all your equipment gets unequipped.
