You should get a varitey of people. Bangaas have strong jobs so I would suggest them.

I suggest Vira and expert mages like red mage and the blue mage.

I suggest... Morpher/Beastmaster, Bluemage, Redmage/summoner, Assasing/Sniper,Hunter, Dragoon, Black Mage/Time Mage (preferably Moogle)
At least one of each race.

I have a crazy team of 6 ppl that kill every team and I havent died once
At about vl 16 they had azll there skills and final jobs I have an assassin a time mage an illusionist marche is a soldier with all the fighter skills and chirijidian and another assassin and a ninja my battlke stategey id my illusionist juts do all atk constantly, I send my assassins to petrify as many as they can usually about 5 or 6 and then shoot the rest down meanwile my time mage casts haste on everyone and my ninja casts darkness on all enemies then I get marche in there with beatdown because with darkness you're evade goes down...... So my batles are like 3 turns long CUZ IM SO CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
