I cant get the spiritstone mission?

I beat the game, and now I'm back in ivalice doing expert missions. I wanted to do the Dark Blade mission. It needs a bent sword and a spiritstone. I have the bent sword, but I can't get a spiritstone. What mission do I need to do and how do I get the ability to do it?
