How use JP

I'm totally new on this game and don't know How to use the job points, please could someone tell me this simple thing?
Where should I go or EXATLY what do I have to do to use them and with what can I use them?

You cn use JP for doing combo f you're clans have.. Or you can use it by collecting 10 jp for using you're clans TOTEMA.. TOTEMA in short you cn make SUPER ATTACK

JP = judge points,not job points.And you will have to get the mythril weapons to allow your clan members to learn combo attacks(e.g. Marche comes with a soldier combo by default if you don't understand),having more people joining in combos will deal more heavy damage to your enemy(only 1 at a time though).
