Where is the caravan! Someone said it was north of the place where you land to go to gaia, is that the little edge of the island north of the mountains or do the mean lufienne when they say gaia?

There is a desert west of Onrac to get there land you're airship on land somewhere then cross the river with you're canoe if you keep going up you will see a forest patch and a small sand patach walk around the small sand patach valla there you go to the caravan then you buy the fairy bottle for 40k then go to Gaia where the lake is then when you go to Gaia release the fairy and go to the lake then she will get you Oxale then go bak to Onrac and talk to the girl with the submarine and she'll let you use it and go to the sunken shrine she is actually a mermaid.

Similar problem here. I went to the caravan and purchased the bottle. I was in the waterfall cave and when trying to use a heal I accidentally clicked on the bottle and used it. After I left the waterfall I went back to the desert to buy a new bottle. The caravan is no longer there. I walked around that small patch forever and it never reappeared. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What should I do?
