Just keep practicing and training you will be able to do it

First, you keep punching him and push him towards a corner. Then, in the corner, he will not be able to move. You keep hitting Buu and then kill him.
You have to hit him with everything you got and don't get hit by him.
Not relly but you can keep leveling up thats what I did.
