So find any skeleton pulling out some sort of plant that screams, kills the skeleton, and does damage to you (located in the rooms of the floating gardens). If you kill the skeleton before it pulls the mandragora, you wont obtain the soul. Instead, timing is the key. As soon as the monster screams, kill it. It is pretty weak. You can keep killing with the standard enter-exit room. The bullet soul is a soul where you pull out th mandragora and deal alot of damage to any enemies nearby.
