Go to Gwarhar Lagoon and smash the black rocks near Warp Pipe #8 to see a slot. Hammer Luigi into the slot and ride north. Pretty soon you`ll see a little island with a Save Block and an Oho Jee. Talk to the Oho Jee and you can do a surfing game for Hee Beans.
