I have found a good glitch. First you unlock cheats.(a+b+start) then you get a car. Ramp it into the water and when it is sinking type in the health cheat. (left,right,up,down,,b,b). Your car should be invisible.
HAPPPY CHEATING

Lose cops or get cops- left right up down RR
