(1st type in the codes) Just go to the tower of Valni once you get there, and turn on the cheat. WARNING! If you make your characters too high they will zip past level 20 and mess up your game. It happened to me and I had to restart because of my general, Amelia, who was level 21. It is ok if you go past level 20 on someone like Ross, who can evolve twice, and thats how my Ross (beserker) has max stats! Okay, enough talking. Here's the cheats.
