Z Fighters Exhibit List
Whenever you obtain one they become unlocked for the capsule corp museum allowing you to see a specific item from the DBZ series.

Yamcha's Bat:
Receive it in a chest once you get to East District 439 and smash Gohan's level 140 door.

Baba's Ball:
On Yenma's office finish the game and then talk to Baba

Gohan's Training Sword:
Go to the toybox on Goku's house and search for it

Yajirobe's Sword:
Walk around Yajirobe counter-clockwise three times and he will drop Yajirobe's Sword near Babidi's Spaceship. Ox King's Hat:

In the Southwest Forest outside of Babidi's spaceship go to the top right corner and use instant transmission to open the chest

The Bansho Fan:
In the East District 439 area break the level 140 barrier with Gohan and go to the end of the area to find the chest

King Yemma's Mug:
Once you have beaten Chapter 11 open the level 145 door in Pilaf's Castle. Go to where the Dragon Ball was found and defeat the enemies.

Broly's Crown:
At the volcano defeat Broly

Always Fuse Perfectly
Press Up, B, Left, Down, A, when it says 'Your Turn' when doing a Fusion Dance

Invincibility
Press the following code during the Intro movie and a sound will confirm correct entry:
Up, Down, Left, Right, B, A

To recover quickly when you are wandering around and are low on health save the game then switch the whole system off and turn it back on again. You will reappear where you left off in the game with full health/Ki and still have all your items.
