If you are Super Mario or Firery Mario, you can jump one block higher than normal by holding down and jumping. This can be more handy than having to run to do the same thing.

Another Secret Passage



In order to get to it you must be on the 3rd level (there is a bar at the top of the screen that will say World 1-3).



After you have got there, there are two candles burning above you, go in between the bricks and the first candle and jump up.



You have hit the thing that moves you up. Now, climb on top of the row of 5 blocks and jump on the thing that moves you up.



Then you will be at the top of the gameboy screen; there will be coins up there for you. Enjoy!!!
