Two reasons:
1. If you had mroe swords, think of the consequences: you could win the game before getting one attack!!! This would be nice, but think, if you can do it, your opponent would make you never get a hit from you!! You would never win!!, therefore, most best cards that could affect the outcome by itself, only one may be used.
2. The duel capacity, the obvious reason, makes it so you can't use them:=-)

There are some "substitutes" for some of those.
In the case of Change of Heart, you can also use 1 Brain Control to get about the same deal (just be sure you have something to sacrifice the captured mosnter for during the same turn). Or you cau use the effect of Relinquished and Thousand-Eyes Restrict to capture the opponent's monster. TER not only takes control of it, but gives it a 1000 Atk/Def power boost.
With Raigeki, you can use Crush Card (of which you can have up to 3) to kill off any opponent monsters with Attack of 1500 or more. Or you can use the effect of Fiend's Hand to send the strongest monster the opponent has to the netherword.
