How do get to celadon city?

Go down from Saffrom City. When you are in Celadon City, go in the Celadon Mansion. And find an old lady! She will give you tea to give to him. (If I'm wrong he probably wants Fresh Water from the Rooftop of the Department store)

You get the drinks in a big market in celadon on the roof floor.
By the way you can get a fre tms from one girl. She will ask: Im thirsty
Give her a drink and she will give you a TM. After offering 3-4 drinks and she will say:
No, thank you.
Im not thirsty afterall!
