Question for Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition

I have accidently used my master ball on Zapdos.But now I need one for Mewtwo any ideas because ultra balls,great balls etc don`t work.Any ideas?

Are you sure the Poke'Ball didn't work try making Mewtwo fall asleep with Hypnosis or Sleep Powder or Spore, then Weaken it, then use the Poke'Ball. It should work because my friend did that aswell so he used a Poke'Ball when Mewtwo was weakened and asleep.
This works for Moltres: In Victory Road,
And Articuno: In Seafoam Islands.

Frezze it, paralize it, or put it to sleep. Be sure to have near 50 ultra balls, and 30 great balls. Thats all I'm saying.

You must put Mewtwo to Sleep or Paralyze it in order for your PokeBall to hit. HINT: If you press and hold B the instant the PokeBall explodes to capture Mewtwo, and if you really timed it right, then your PokeBall will stand a much greater chance of catching it. If you release B after the ball wiggles for the second time, then your chances will be further extrended.

Ultra Balls will work on Mewtwo. Just keep throwing them at him. Or even better. Buy a lot of Ultra Balls and go to Mewtwo. Do not battle him. Save the game before you battle him.

That way if you attack him too much and he dies, you can try again. Also, try to weaken him first. Put him in the yellow spot or red spot in his HP.

Use ultra balls and stuff when it's most vulnerable, like when it's hurt a little and is sleeping or something. TRUST ME, because I have all the legendaries AND my master ball.
