How do I move the snorlax and how do I get into the second gym in saffron city

ANSWERS

You must have poke flute if you wanna move snorlax and it is up to you next whether you wanna catch him and you must give that guard either water OR any drinks only then he will let you through to saffron.

To awaken and battle the two Snorlax blocking Fuchia, you need the PokeFlute from Mr. Fuji.

You can battle Sabrina (Saffron's Gym Leader) after you defeat Giovanni in the Silph Co. (No, not the Game Corner, the SILPH CO.)
