Question for Pokemon Trading Card Game

I'm only missing one card : It's promotional card no.12.

If anybody knows how to get it can you tell me how, or if you know the game shark code to get it could you answer please

You will be able to obtain that card through card pop.

All Promos are available if you beat the Challenge Hall. It opens randomly after you beat the game. Promo 12 seems to be Mewtwo, so yes, the Challenge Hall; the other one is obtainable after you beat Murray.
