Oh my gosh! okay....... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
 
 Okay. well in BLACKTHORN CITY, I go to the gym, and there is a man dressed in black in front of the door.
 
 He says to me,......
 
 "I AM SORRY. OUR GYM LEADER IS TRAINING IN THE CAVE BEHIND HERE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN OUR LEADER WILL RETURN."
 
 So I SURF to the cave behind the gym(DRAGON'S DEN) and there is an old man standing in the entrance, he says to me,
 
 "ONLY DRAGON USERS ARE PERMITTED TO TRAIN HERE. PLEASE LEAVE."
 
 I really don't know what to do! this is the last badge I need in order to get farther into KANTO!
 
 PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

To get into the gym in blackthorn you have to go back to the city with the train station, go to the radio tower and defeat team rocket and they let you on the gym then.

1. First, you have to beat Pryce in Mohagany.
2. Then, you should hear some weird channels on the radio.
3. Go to Goldenrod City and beat the Team Rocket in the radio tower.
4. Go back to Blackthorn and that guy should be gone.

I'm stuck on the same part, I looked for a dragon, but couldn't find one. Gyarados isn't considered a dragon :(
