First go to the Power Plant in Cerulean City. Then talk with the manager and leave. Go to the gym. Then after the guy runs past you, go to Nugget Bridge. Battle and win.

Go to the gym and surf the middle pool. You will find the generator part. Take it to the manager of the Power Plant and then go to Lavender Town.

Go to the director of the Radio Tower and he will give you EXPN Radio Card. Tune to the pokeflute station when next to the big monster or snorlax. Press A and it will wake up.

Beat it or capture it. Now you can get the rest of the badges.

P.S. After you return the geneartor part, go to Bill's grandad's house and Misty will return to the gym.

You go to the town where misty is stand beside the gym and youll see a little path, walk down and go through the gap go up and go in the path and cut the tree.

After the tree ther will be battles,grass,twisits and turns.

After all that you should come to a place that has a pokemon center. If I were you I would heal my pokemon and get a pokemon that knows flash.

When you come out you will see a cave. Go in the cave use flash.

When you come out of the cave,jump the ledge battle the last person go down then go to the fat building go inside go to the man at the very top talk to him he should give you a poke flute.

If not go outside the building and go into two small houses in the middle of the town talk to all the people in there and they might give you a poke flute.

Then fly back to the pokemon and use you're pokeflute he will attack you and at the end of the battle he will be gone.

First you most get the Machine Part in the Cerulean Gym then go to the power plant and get it running.

Go to the Radio Tower in Lavander Town and go speak to the guy facing the wall he should give you the EXPN. Card now you can tune in the Kanto region radio stations.

I forgot the frecuency but there is a Pokeflute station put it on that station and get near the Pokemon(Snorlax) and press A on it he should wake up and battle you, bring strong Pokemon because "Snorlax" is in level 50 also bring some "Ultra Balls" since he is very strong.

To catch him is very important because you wont get another shot at getting "Snorlax", also the item that he posses is very unique it's called "Leftovers" it raises your Hit Points as the battle goes.

Hear is a nice hint:

I suggest that if you are not going to catch "Snorlax" us the move "Thief" to steal the "Leftovers" from him.

The only way is to clear the snorlax with pokeflute.

You have to get the radio card from Lavander Town and play the PokeFlute and the Snorelax will wake up. He'll attack so have a GOOD level pokemon to fight him with.

Go to the river nearest rock tunnel and surf to the other end to the power plant go in and talk to the manager on your way out the way out the guard will walk up to the guy nearest and say :"I've just got word that there is a shady guy in cerulean city"

After that go to cerulean,go in misty's gym and a team rocket member should run into you,blab and run away.

Go to the to the square bit of water and press A at the top left corner and you should have the machine part go back to the power plant and give it to the manager.

Now go to lavender town's radio tower talk to the guy facing the wall and he will give you a thing for your radio so you can tune in to pokeflute music.

Press A at snorelax and he will wake up and attack you,he is at level 50.
