How do I get the rail pass I beat the game once but I forgot?

ANSWERS

You have to go to the mimic girl in saffron, first the rocket problem has to be taken care of at the powerplant, then go talk to her, then go to vermilion, go to the place where you use to get the bike voucher in red/blue (its one of the two buildings above the gym there) and talk to the fat kid with the clefairy, he will give it to you because really it's a fake doll that is the mimic girls, give it back to her and she will give you the rail pass

You have to get copycat her favourite doll back. It's in vermillion city in the pokefans house. Once you have it then go and talk to copycat again and she will give you the ticket.

You have to get it from the Copycat girl in Saffron city. You find her Clefairy doll for her in Vermillion after you fix the Magnet Train. Then you take it to her an' she will give you the pass.

You have to go to saffron city and talk to copycat then go to vermillion and talk to the guy that loves Pokemon and he will give you a doll, give the doll to the copycat(saffron city) and she will give you the rail pass
