Where is the Karate king in Mount Mortar?

Go through the middle cave and use flash, then go up the waterfall.

If you enter through the middle enttance to mt.mortar, don't go down the ladder, use surf, go up the waterfall behind it you should find a cave entrance go into it, then there should be a guy who is lost ignore him turn right surf over the water keep surfing where neccasary to avoid the ledges, then in the top left hand corner of the area you should end up at another down ladder go down it(obviously) then you should see some more steps in front of you and to the right go down the right ones and he should be there 
he will give you tyrogue if you beat him. Hope I helped

Actually, it's a bit different then the guy above me says. He almost got it good.

But then ya have to go around the path to the ladder on your left, 9if ya walk like 2 steps to the left ya see a ladder, but you'll have to go right, up and then left to get there). After you took the ladder it's just walking a bit to your right were you'll see the karate dude.

Also, leave one space for a Pokemon, seeing that you'll get a Pokemon if you defeat him. I had to go outof the cave, to pokecenter to remove Pokemon and then again go through the annoyying route to get the winning reward, which is a pokemon. Freaking annoying

If you go through the center entrance of the cave and surf around the ladder, go up the waterfall and through the cave and there is a ladder if you surf around the place. Use the ladder and there's a maze of stairs and stuff and if you go through the ladder when you find it and then go around the ledges and stuff to the ladder you can see when you enter the area. Go to the right and the karate kid is there
