WHAT the hell is tera-suma?People keep saying that it messes up your game.Where can you get it,please?

I think it's like missingno but I don't know I've never heard of it missingno is the only game messer I know of.

It can only be acquired through Gameshark and other cheating devices. I've heard rumors that if you take one to the shrine in Ilex Forest, you will run into Celebi; however, as I have no cheating devices of my own, I have not tested this theory.

If teru-sama will stills in your inventory you can't trade Pokemon with others.

i believe u can give it to kerk(the ball maker) either on a pokemon or alone? (rumor) if this works, like a day passed, talk again? ad go to the forest to the left. near the shrine, activate(A button) and celibi appears? also heard it's random.. lol prob fake

It is a person that you can pick up and put in your inventory, No idea what use he is yet, Found him in a house in Cerullean

Teru-sama is an item that can appear in your inventory after gamesharking infinite money. It sells for a ridiculous amount of money on it's own, and I can attest to the fact that it will mess up your game--perhaps permanently, if you do it too many times.
