Where do you find the HM that allows you to break boulders, the kind of cracked ones???

ANSWERS

It is not a HM it is a TM. Once you capture/defeat sudowoodo go east and talk to the first fat guy you see he gives it to you

It's a TM. Get it from the guy on the right of where Sudowoodo used to be.

You get it from the guy that is just to the right of the spot where sudowoodo was

You go to your Pokegear and look where Blackthorn City is. Go far down until you find a route. Go there and if you talk to the guy right out side of the building you go through, one of them will give you Rocksmash.

Just talk to a guy to the right of were you took out sudowoodo right before ecruteak city. He will give you the TM rock smash

Hhmm, I havent played this in like 3 years, it's rock smash right? Hhmm either I think it's the one in olivine cafe place or the guy east of where you beat sudowoodo, sorry I can't really remember.

The Hm your on about is a TM called rock smash. Once you have captured or defeated sudowoodo then go right and there should be a hiker person who will give you the tm.
