How do you get rid of the Snorlax in Vermillion City that is sleeping in front of the cave? Are you supposed to have a PokÃ©Flute? If so, where do you get one?

You have to find the rocket person in misty's gum and get the genertator for the power plant, then go to the radio station.

get the radio chip and then play the poke flute song on the radio, talk to the snorelax and he will attack you then kill him or catch him then he will be out of your way.

You need to use your radio to tune into the pokeflute channel, after you have recieved the kanto radio upgrade....!

Find the generator part for the Magnet Train then return it to the manager in the power plant.

Then go to Lavender's Radio Tower, talk to the director, and you'll get a EXP.

Radio Card.

Go to the Snorlax, Tune to the pokeflute station, press a, and then you can battle Snorlax.
