I have pokemon silver. Bill's grandpa is staying in Bill's house while he is away. Bill's grandpa asks to see Pikachu before he evolves. What pokemon is this and how can I get one?

The pokemon that evolves into Pikachu is Pichu, and to get a pichu you have to leave a male and a female Pikachu with the daycare man and tha daycare lady. soon, the daycare man will tell you that youre pokemon has had an egg, and the he gives it to you. To make the egg hatch, just carry it around with you...
The pokemon you need is pichu. To get pichu you need a male pikachu and a female pikachu.
Once you've got them give them both to the day care people. After about a day go back to their house and they will say we got an egg from your pokemon,do you want it?
Say yes,once you've got it.Go on your bike and ride around a lot. Eventually,the egg will hatch and out pops a pichu.
You want a Pichu.
Put two Pikachu, two Raichu, a Pikachu and Raichu, a Pikachu and Ditto, or a Raichu and Ditto in the Daycare.
