I haven't played in a while but I think it's 3, 1, 2, 1, 2, 3.

Turn them all off then go 3, 2, 1.
Easy!
Turn on switch three first then two and finaly one it works trust me
All the locks has to be locked and then 2,1,3.. Worked for me :D
