How can i teach my pokemon cut?

I have cut in my pack, but don't know how to use it. I am unable teach my Pokemon that move. I am stuck with the game as I cannot cut trees. Pls help

Try catching either oddish/Bellsprout or if you have cyndaquil as your start he should be able to learn cut but it just be better to get oddish/bellsprout since you won't be seeing the guy who can remove moves from Pokemon (even HM moves) till you reach Blackthorn City.
