Question for Pokemon Gold

In the Lavender Town Radio Tower, is there a point in the game where you actually get to go upstairs and throughout the entire tower without using a cheat device such as walkthrough walls, etc. ? People who have completed the game by 100%, please answer... The answer could count towards Pokemon Crystal, also... Thank you for anyone who answers.

I've completed the game 100% but I've never heard of this before. The cheat device might be the gameshark but I don't have one of them so don't know how they work.
Sorry :D

Sorry you can't get upstairs. Even if you finished the game or the Pokedex. Well Team Rocket ruin it.

Yes you can in an event from using crystal with stadium 2 and gold and silver and getting mobile stadium menu to download a patch but yes you can go up their and get a zapdos but many hard hidden tasks have to be done

Put it this way, I have 251 Pokemon in silver and I stil can't work out how to atm

And I have stadium2 now but I just started playing so it will take a while ,

I know it's to do with the fire type magnemite you get through stadium1 somehow and the gs ball from mystery gift ingold to send to crystal and get the event properly maybe or something along them lines , and not just celebi

You asked about safari zone and lavender tower

And you battle red in another area of mt silver that way and get a shiny Pikachu on the same night

It's a good load of events , I think it was supposed to be us games only apon release had a patch and 3 shiny beasts in the boxes waiting ? They and the magnemite and the gift Pokemon from stadium1 did it, time travel I mean
