Were is Ash in Silver Cave?

Question for Pokemon Gold

Were is Ash in Silver Cave?? And what level are the Pokemon? I need to know because Togipi is my only Pokemon that knows flash to light the cave up and I don't want to train it to like level 55 or something because it's at level 22!

Ash is at the end of the cave.Go through the door in the first section, and go up the stairs and through the door in the second section.Don't surf or use waterfall anywhere if you wan to find him quickly.
His Pokemon are: Pikachu lvl 81
Espeon lvl 73
Blastoise lvl 77
Snorlax lvl 75
Charizard lvl 77
Venusaur lvl 77
Hint- If you're worried about his Pikachu, use a level 61 Typhlosion if you picked Cyndaquil and use flamethrower. It usually beats it in one shot.
