How do you make a deck in this game? It says joint 19/20 and says I don't have enough to battle. I pulled up the menu and it only lets me Remove, Sort, or Detail. Please help!

Get it so you can see your current deck then press A on the space you want to change the it should show all the cards you have then press A on the card on want in your deck.
Open it up to your deck then press A on the slot you want to change then it should show every card you got then press A on the card you want in your deck.
