I can't seem to level my skills any further. For example, my cooking is stuck at level 14. Nachos is the last thing I made, it says "3/3" and there are no more options or anything else I can make. Yet, I can't get a stove yet and I can't complete a quest that requires a cooking skill level up because I can't do it. Same with music, painting, writing etc. Help!
