My question is why when I go to the dvd area theres a ad right in front of the alphabet to choose the name. How am I supposed to get the ad off

You can try to select some other things on it and maybe it will go away. However I am not sure if you are talking about when the dvd is on, or if it deals with the dvd cover it's self. So if you can give some more clarification that would be a big help.
