How to Hire Staff

After a while when your business starts to grow you will find running your Cat Cafe overwhelming if you don't hire help. This How to Hire Staff guide will tell you the procedure in order to get help running your business.

You will need to unlock an ability before you can hire staff to help you serve customers in your Cat Cafe. To do this you need to select the 'Staff Hiring' Project via the Shrine feature. The requirement to unlock this ability is to collect 100 Delight (hearts) by serving customers. This if you have three chairs to serve customers should take you around three days and doing so will unlock the Community Notice Board.

The Community Notice Board is where you will find job offer cards, you simply need to select a Service or Cooking Staff from the cards to get added help. You will be able to open the positions for each person to see their skills before hiring them. Some of these staff members will come with special Traits and once employed you can unlock more Traits and improve their Staff Skills by giving them tasks around the cafe. You will only be able to employ one staff member, in order to hire more you will need to complete more projects which will require earning Delight by satisfying the customers at the cafe. The requirement to unlock the starting projects in Cat Cafe Manager is 100 Delight, and they will unlock specific recipes, feline skills, decoration options, and service essentials.
