Employee Notes in Lethal Company Explained

In Lethal Company at the end of the round, all the crew members are assigned 'Notes' based on their in-game performance. This Employee Notes in Lethal Company Explained guide will explain what they mean as it is never specified anywhere in the game.

There are four possible notes you can receive in Lethal Company, they are listed below in no particular order.

  • The Most Profitable Note

The member of the crew that recovers the highest total value of scrap will get the 'Most Profitable' note. This means if you want to get this note you will need to be the crew member that collects and deposits the most amount of loot into the ship.

Keep in mind that if you drop the loot in front of the ship and another crew member picks it up and takes the loot inside they will be credited for the value of scrap and not you.

  • The Most Paranoid Employee Note

To get the 'Most Paranoid Employee' note you have to be the crew member that does the most Turn Amounts. A Turn Amount in Lethal Company is defined by how many camera rotations you do in a round. This means the number of times you flick your mouse to look around. The game uses this action to interpret your level of panic and how 'paranoid' you are becoming.

It is foolish not to check your surroundings in a first-person shooter for potential threats as it can lead to an early death so if you play this type of game a lot you are more than likely to get The Most Paranoid Employee note.

  • The Laziest Employee Note

Getting the Laziest Employee note is the easiest note to get, all you need to do is have the least amount of steps amongst your crew.

  • The Sustained The Most Injuries Note

This not is pretty self-explanatory, you will get the 'Sustained the Most Injuries' note by taking the most damage amongst your crew.

Regardless of what note you receive in Lethal Company, it will not provide you any perks or advantages during the game so there is no real reason to go out of your way to get any of them, they are just been added as a bit of fun.
