Outlast

This is a first person survival horror game that follows the story of a young journalist as he unravels the mysterious happenings in a psychiatric hospital. The character has to save himself from homicidal patients and evil monsters, while desperately trying to look for an escape. On the way, the main protagonist tries to neutralize the demon by killing its host. But when we are so close to the end, we realize that the demon is not dead at all, but has now possessed our 'hero's' body. Quite a chilling way to end the scene.
