Unlockables and Kombat Codes

How to fight as Sub-Zero Unmasked:
Select 2-Player mode and have both players choose Sub-Zero as a character. When you do this one of the players will be controlling an unmasked version of Sub-Zero when game play begins.

Unlock Goro as a Playable Character:
At the bottom of the 'Character Selection' screen choose the invisible icon and press Up(3), Left to highlight Shinnok's icon. Then press Run + Block until game play begins.

Unlock Automatic Combos:
At the 'Character Selection' screen highlight a fighter and then hold 'Start' and press LK + HK + RN.

Unlock More Opponents:
At the 'Destiny Selection' screen press 'Start' to display more opponents.

Force CPU to Perform a Fatality:
Lose the fatality round to the CPU and then hold HK + HP. When you hear the 'Finish Him!' message the CPU will perform it's fatality.

Unlock Alternate Costumes:
Enter one of the following codes at the 'Character Selection' to unlock the corresponding effect.

Unlock Fujin Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press LP + HP + HK

Unlock Jarek Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press HK + HP + RN

Unlock Jax Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press RN + LP + BL

Unlock Johnny Cage Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press RN + LP + LK

Unlock Kai Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press HP + BL + LK

Unlock Liu Kang Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press HK + BL + LK

Unlock Quan Chi Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press HP + RN + HK

Unlock Raiden Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press LP + BL + HK

Unlock Reiko Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press RN + HP + LK

Unlock Reptile Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press LP + BL + LK

Unlock Scorpion Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press HP + HK + BL

Unlock Shinnok Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press HP + BL + LP

Unlock Sonya Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press LK + HP + RN

Unlock Sub-Zero Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press RN + BL + HP

Unlock Tanya Alternate Costume:
Hold Start, then press HK + LK + HP

Kombat Codes:
The following Kombat Kodes are entered at the 'VS' screen using a button to control each of the six boxes. The Numbers represent how many times you press the button. Armed And Dangerous - 444-444

Play as Noob Saibot - 012-012

Throwing Disabled - 100-100

Explosive Kombat - 050-050

Silent Kombat - 666-666

Weapon Kombat - 002-002

Random Weapons - 222-222

Randper Kombat - 333-333

Many Weapons - 555-555

Free Weapon - 111-111

No Power - 123-123

Red Rain - 020-020
