Instead of paying 250 for a decoration that gives you 30 rating, spend only 50 on a decoration that gives you 10 rating. Then buy a few more cheaper decorations that give less rating, but at a better value. You save money, but the rating and customer happiness rises at a faster rate for less of your hard earned cash.
