I'm on the final level and need to reach 1700 reputaion points but the gauge seems to stop at 1600. Any Ideas?

And I have only got close, any suggestions?
Just keep on advertising with the computer, I mean, advertise every 4 to 5 seconds (even when the ad time isn't over), I never thought it would work until I tried it today, I started tatoo tycoon yesterday and today (evening) I finished it, it was hectic though
