My Facebook account is permanently locked out...had to create a new one. How do I save my farm and all my progress?

I decide to post my experience here. For people like me who decide to play hayday again after a long long break, and suddenly can't find/recover/login to their farm through facebook, here's what I did to get it back.
Download the app, you'll get a new farm, just skip everything and go to setting > help and support > account > scroll down until you find the contact us button
- And then you can try to click LOST ACCOUNT if you remember your farm details
- or click message us, then tell them your farm and Facebook account name. They'll try to help find it and you can give them new email address for a new supercell id for hayday.
