This achievement is very easy, just simply go to your quarters via Elevator, and do a quick change to your armor, or you can actually personalize it.

The Thresher Maw shoots out balls of goop so keep running and shooting and don't fire the heavy weapon until you are halfway through.

This is best done during the "Retrieve Reaper IFF" mission. Pretty much all the enemies are husks, and these guys are easy to do this on. Equip a shotgun (preferably the Katana shotgun) and then go find some. Melee them up close with B, and while they're still reeling back, tap RT and kill them. Sometimes it won't register if you did it slightly wrong, but there are so many Husks on this missions that it shouldn't be a problem.
Also note that you shouldn't do this on Abominations, as their explosions may take down your shields and get you killed if the other Husks swarm you.

To unlock this achievement you need to complete Jacks mission to destroy the facility where she was tortured as a child. She will give you this mission after speaking to her 2 or 3 times.

To unlock this achievement you need to simply visit every planet in one star cluster you do not need to land or scan them simply select them once.

To unlock this achievement you need to kill 30 Humanoid enemies with headshots, this is easy to do early on when you are recruiting the professor as you face loads of humanoid enemies in this mission.

To unlock this achievement you need to free Jack from the prison ship Purgatory she will then join your crew.

To unlock this achievement you need to enter the quarantine zone on Omega to find Mordin, once you have found him you need to put the cure for the plague into the ventilation system and reactivate the system. Recruiting Mordin also gives you access to the Laboratory on the Normandy.

To unlock this achievement you need to complete Miranda's mission to relocate her sister. She will give you this mission after you have spoken to her 2 or 3 times.

This is another easy achievement. Check your computer by the map, and simply click on the three videos. Just skip the videos and choose the next one, and then the other. You will get this very quickly, very easily without wasting time.

To unlock this achievement you need to get all upgrades for one weapon either by purchasing them or using the upgrade terminal. The easiest one to do this with it probably the assault rifles as the upgrades become available earliest for them.

There are many ways you can pursue a relationship in this game. You're going to have to talk to whoever you want to be in a relationship the most.

If you are a guy, you can pursue a relationship with:
Jack
Miranda
Tali

If you are a girl, you can pursue a relationship with:
Thane
Garrus
Jacob

All are fun, and you can pursue a relationship with everybody, but from recent news, whatever decision you make will effect your character in Mass Effect 3.

To unlock this achievement you need to complete the game once.

You must have a high enough Paragon in order to gain the loyalty of Zaeed. Once you have reached the end of the mission, you will talk to Zaeed as he is frustrated, and then he will get hurt. You will have the option to make a Paragon statement. Take it, as saying it will gain you the loyalty of Zaeed.
