Yes you can build a house. When you do,you half to buy an empty lot buy pressing skip totorial, or you can by an actual house and deleting every thing. When you do one of those things,at the bottom corner there is an icon with a picture of a saw on it press that and you will see on the bottom screene you will see icons with furniture applyences decoration pets electronics wallsyard and a few more click on 1 of those find what like and decorate away.
