You can't on sims 3 pets but you can on the regular sims three which is why my mom is buying me both instead of just one cause both have advantages over each other so it's best to get both it's what I'm doing .

For sims to woohoo you have to get them both to relax on a double bed then you click the other sim and press cuddle and then u can make woohoo make out or kiss! (U have to get them on Purple Heart to woohoo)

You can't have a baby but when your sim gets Turned On or Passionate you can get the two spouses on the bed in the option "Relax" for them both them have the cuddle then kiss/make out until the option "WooHoo" comes up then you can WooHoo (this can be done on any bed)

thats a lie what you have to do is not wait 200 sim days or kiss 2 times makeout 3 woohoo 8 what you really do is woohoo 4 times and makeout at leaste once for 4 or 5 days note[depends on if your close] it worked for me

No you can't have baby's in the 3Ds version just like you can't have hors, cars, multiple story houses, pools, visiting every house in the game instead of only 4, walking instead of teleportation,bikes, different sized lots, graveyards, ghosts, wild animals, strays,enhanced creat a family... Shall I go on?

Cuddle
Do kiss x3
Do make out x4
Do as many woohoos as you can it doesn't matter if they leave just do it all day

You can have kids, by the emoti-cot, this tells your husband that you want a baby. Just keep woohooing. This should come clear to your male sim you want to start a family, you do have to be married aswell though
