Iam sorry to say,but the best you can do to them is to make them cuddle.I figured this out the hard way.

Yes you can you have to make there realtionship be a purple heart then you can make a baby and have sex

You can't have a baby but when your sim gets Turned On or Passionate you can get the two spouses on the bed in the option "Relax" for them both them have the cuddle then kiss/make out until the option "WooHoo" comes up then you can WooHoo (this can be done on any bed)

No you can't have baby's in the 3Ds version just like you can't have hors, cars, multiple story houses, pools, visiting every house in the game instead of only 4, walking instead of teleportation,bikes, different sized lots, graveyards, ghosts, wild animals, strays,enhanced creat a family... Shall I go on?

And you can pick up strays. Ones that do not have a collar.

My sim is pregnant here's how:
Cuddle
Do kiss x3
Do make out x4
Do as many woohoos as you can it doesn't matter if they leave just do it all day

Ok when you say "do it all day" all sim days or all actual days?

You can have kids, by the emoti-cot, this tells your husband that you want a baby. Just keep woohooing. This should come clear to your male sim you want to start a family, you do have to be married aswell though
