Question for Pokemon Rumble Blast

I have a speedy plus dewott but I can't teach it agility or any other speed adders or whatever there called but maybe you can tell me were to get a ninjask or some other fast Pokemon

Just get a Accelgor(at Axle B2)and teach it"Double Team" and he's speed will increase.He's speed will be like"Speedy++"OR you get a speedy+ then teach it "Double Team"Then it will be speedy++.But I would do accelgor cause he's faster.
