Question for Pokemon Rumble Blast

Hello everybody reading this. Now a little while ago you helped me get through world axel B2F, but now I must ask of your help again. I have now completed the game but sigyliph, as I think it’s spelled, says I will find what I lost. Now I know that’s cobalion as he destroyed himself and his key to defeat dark rusts barrier so I could beat him. But when I looked into it I found out that to get a rusty cobalion, as he is a rusty one, you must have virizion and terrakion. So here is my question; where can I find virizion and terrakion and can you be as specific as possible please. Also as I have a couple of speedy ninjask that don’t know agility, but at the move school I need one more Pokemon that knows agility. So here’s my other question: what place has the most probability for Pokemon to know agility thanks for viewing/answering my questions and if possible (I’m still new) please rate on my profile. Bye!

Virizion in any forest area, terrakion in any canyon area. I got a lot of Pokemon with agility in 3-3 fire breathing mountain factory area.
