I am having trouble beating
Palkia and Zekrom in Dark Rust's Fort. Please be as detailed as possible.

To beat palkia either get really powerful Pokemon or stay behind it at all times and for Zekrom just keep an eye on it at all times and stay out of the path of it's attacks.
Just use hyper mode on palkia then regain it and use it again on zekrom.
Use protect. Then teach a Pokemon blizzard for zekrom and solar beam. CRYOGONAL!
My Son(MasterSamurott), beat the Zekrom that is just before the"Great Rust" only using wild Pokemon(no legendarys). He completely started from the begining, and within hours, with no cheats or passwords he reached Zekrom. He used the following Pokemon to easily defeat Zekrom: -Bisharp 527HP with "Dig" & "X-Scissor". -Excavilier 540HP with "Rock Smash". -Milotic 680HP with "Blizzard". I hope this helps.
