¿I'm sorry but does anyone know the code for Victini, Shaymin and Keldeo event?

The only event I could locate for those items was scheduled December 5th 2014 - April 30th 2015, it's discontinued. In order to obtain them though, you needed to collect Scrap Cards, Shaymin 1, Keldeo 7 and Victini 16.
