Can you get Manaphy legit? I don't have another game to trade with alpha sapphire. Thanks!

From whats known so far about this game, sorry but you cannot get a legit manaphy unless you trade with someone.

I just did some looking around for you, apparently this is a special event Pokemon. You would have to use a GameShark or Action Replay to gain this Pokemon unless another special event opens up.
