How to evolve your INKAY

To evolve your INKAY, wait until your Pokemon is level 29, then when it says "so-and-so grew to level 30!", flip your 3DS upside down and press the A button repeatedly. Do this every time your INKAY grows a level. Eventually this will trigger your INKAY's evolution.
