Go to big mountain. The machine has 14,000 caps every 3 to 5 days. Or you can go to gun runners the robot has 8,000 caps every 3 days. |

The one I know of is to complete the Quest, That Lucky Old Sun and hit option 5 to overload the plant. Afterwards, go to the Follower of Apocalypse and say "I overloaded the plant," you should be able to repeat it but I don't know if it works if the game is patched. |
